The price is for renting the apartment for a night.
The minimal staying is five nights. In July and August is 7 nights.

THE PRICE INCLUDE : tourist tax, VAT, towels, bed linnen,
toilet paper (on arrival only), water and eletricity expenses, Wi-Fi,
cooking utensils and cutlery, air-condition or heating and final cleaning.

ADDITIONALS:
3rd or 5th person + 20%,
Weekend +10%,
For a stay shorter than 3 days, an additional 50% is charged.

RESERVATION: prepay for three nights.

ACCOMMODATION:
Arrival to the apartment: after 14 pm.
Departure from the apartment: up to 10 am.

We do not accept credit cards.
